Biden rejects Trump executive privilege for Jan. 6 documents

President Joe Biden has refused former President Donald Trump's desire to invoke executive privilege for documents requested by the House Select Committee investigating the Jan. 6 insurrection. White House press secretary Jen Psaki said the administration will make determinations on executive privilege on a case-by-case basis.
