Hurricane Henri: Massachusetts Gov. Baker gives update on state's efforts

Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker said Saturday that even though the state may avoid a direct hit from Hurricane Henri, residents still need to be careful, cautious and prepare for impacts including heavy rain and flooding.
