Biden outlines plans for boosters, aid for funding COVID-19 assistance

On Wednesday, President Joe Biden announced plans for booster shots for fully vaccinated Americans as well as requiring COVID-19 vaccines for all nursing home staff. The president also announced fulling reimbursing states for COVID-19 costs through FEMA.
