Colorado tornado causes extensive damage new video shows

A tornado touched down in Weld County, Co Monday afternoon near the small town of Platteville midway between Denver and Fort Collins causing extensive damage to mostly rural areas. No injuries were reported, but two farm animals were reported to have died in the storm. A huge funnel cloud appeared over the Colorado central plains around 5:00pm local time and a tornado warning was issued. The National Weather service at the time told resident to take cover. Residents now are cleaning up the damage to their homes and businesses.
