Study: Regularly eating chili pepper reduces risk of death, especially from heart attack and stroke

People who eat chili peppers at least four times per week were found to have a 40 percent lower risk of dying from a heart attack than their chili-averse counterparts, and their risk of dying from stroke was cut in half.
