Man sentenced to 15 years for cocaine possession released after lab test show substance was powdered milk

Cody Gregg, 26, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute on Oct. 8 and was sentenced to 15 years in prison, according to court documents, but withdrew his guilty plea two days later.
