Two arrested after police find infant on floor of car with ants crawling on head

The mother of a 16-day-old infant as well as the infant’s grandmother were arrested after police found the baby lying on the floorboard of a car in filthy conditions during a traffic stop, according to the Laurel County Sheriff.
