More than 40 states bring price fixing lawsuit against generic drug makers

At least 43 states filed a lawsuit against 20 pharmaceutical companies alleging that the nation's largest drug manufacturers conspired to artificially inflate and manipulate prices for more than 100 different generic drugs.
