Witness describes deadly helicopter mid-air collision

Sal Silipino, owner of the Apron Cafe at the Hammonton Airport in New Jersey, describes watching the mid-air helicopter collision that left one person dead and another critically injured on Sunday afternoon. Silipino says the two victims were the pilots for the two helicopters involved in the crash. The pair had dined at the cafe together prior to collision. Silipino said he watched the crash from the cafe. Officials confirmed one fatality at the scene. A second person was located in the wreckage and was transported by EMS to a hospital with critical, life-threatening injuries.
