Christmas storm rolls through Southern California

A powerful storm is hitting California the week of Christmas, causing flooding and debris flow across the southern region. The second wave of the storm is expected to hit during the afternoon hours of Christmas Day. FOX 11 Meteorologist Star Harvey says, "This afternoon around 2 o’clock, we should see that second wave, and it will linger into our evening hours as we push into the end of this week."
