Flu cases surge nationwide as holidays approach
We are learning more as doctors across the country warn of a sharp rise in influenza cases. According to CDC data, Connecticut and New Jersey are seeing moderate respiratory illness activity, with New York City reporting some of the highest levels of flu-like activity when compared to the rest of the nation. Health officials say millions have already been sickened this season, with a new dominant flu variant driving many of the cases. LiveNOW’s J.
