Crane spins in high winds in New York City

A construction crane was spinning in the high winds in Midtown Manhattan in New York City on Friday night. The unsecured crane turned in the dangerously strong gusts NYC was experiencing. No injuries have been reported, according to FOX News' Alexis McAdams.
