Judge rules Abrego Garcia cannot be deported

BREAKING: A federal judge has issued a temporary restraining order to prohibit immigration officials from detaining Kilmar Abrego Garcia. Garcia was released from ICE custody on Thursday and was ordered to an ICE check-in.
