Flooding emergency in Washington state

Heavy rain and strong winds continue to impact Washington state, causing major flooding and road closures. Evacuation notices have been sent out to multiple areas in western Washington. LiveNOW's Austin Westfall spoke about the extreme weather with Alejandra Guzman from FOX 13 Seattle.
