RPT: Shirtless strike survivors hung on for an hour

Classified video of the US military strikes on an alleged drug boat in the Caribbean on Sept. 2 reportedly shows two shirtless, unarmed survivors hanging onto the boat's wreckage, working for about an hour to flip it back over before they are struck again and killed.
