Officials optimistic as Ukraine agrees to peace deal

New reports indicate that Ukraine has agreed to a peace deal with Russia to end the ongoing war. According to FOX News, a revised version of the proposal was accepted by Ukraine. This version was reportedly developed with Secretary of State Marco Rubio's involvement and included input from both Ukrainian and European officials.
