Ukraine agrees to peace deal, ‘minor details’ remain

We are now hearing new reports that Ukraine has agreed to a peace deal that would end the war with Russia. FOX News is reporting that a version of the deal was agreed upon, developed with Secretary of State Marco Rubio and input from Ukrainian and European officials. The outlet said it spoke to a U.S. official who had details of the proposal.
