Trump to visit Beijing in 2026, state visit for Xi

President Donald Trump has announced he plans to visit Beijing in April and host China’s Xi for a state visit later next year. The news comes after President Trump said he spoke with Xi on the phone Monday, nearly a month after the two leaders met in person in South Korea. Trump characterized his phone call with Chinese President Xi Jinping as "very good."
