THC products could be banned by federal spending bill

There is more news tonight as nearly all THC products would be banned in Texas, and many other states, if a new rule from inside the federal spending bill passes the House this week. The funding bill looks to reopen the government after the shutdown, but it also closes a loophole that triggered the spread of the THC industry.
