After officially winning the race for mayor of New York City, Zohran Mamdani is facing even more heat from President Donald Trump and Republicans in Congress. U.S. Rep. Buddy Carter (R-GA) is introducing the MAMDANI Act, which would cut off federal funds to New York City. The congressman joined LiveNOW's Josh Breslow to explain the bill and how it would work.
