Judge rules on accused Kirk killer's court attire

Accused Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson made another virtual court appearance, speaking briefly off-camera. The judge in Robinson's case ruled that the 22-year-old can wear civilian clothes in court going forward. The Judge also denied Robinson's request to appear without restraints.
