Shots fired at SEPTA station in Philadelphia

We're learning that a man was shot this morning following in argument at SEPTA Philadelphia City Station. The man was reportedly shot in the side but no further details on his condition. According to our partners at FOX 29 Philadelphia the suspect has turned himself in to police.
