We have now learned that the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is anticipating nationwide disruptions tonight due to staffing shortages at several major control centers. Officials have said that the shortages are occurring amidst the ongoing government shutdown and will likely lead to increased flight delays, reroutes, and ground stops overnight.
