DOJ fires Alina Habba successor as top NJ prosecutor

On Tuesday, the Justice Department fired Desiree Leigh Grace, the newly selected U.S. attorney for New Jersey. The move came just after federal judges chose her over Alina Habba, who President Donald Trump appointed as the state's acting U.S. attorney back in March.
