FULL: CA car chase, suspect and dog in custody

This is footage from an earlier police pursuit in California. The suspect was seen driving erratically at high speeds, narrowly avoiding crashing into other vehicles. At one point, the driver was seen traveling against the flow of traffic. The chase ended around a pier entrance, where both the suspect and a dog found inside the vehicle, were apprehended.
