Elias Rodriguez's neighbor speaks to media

The man suspected of gunning down two staff members of the Israeli Embassy in Washington, D.C. outside the Capital Jewish Museum has been identified by authorities as Elias Rodriguez from Chicago, Illinois. His neighbor spoke to members of the media after law enforcement raided Rodriguez's home.
