Ag. Sec. Rollins on charges dropped against ranchers

Brooke Rollins, the U.S. Secretary of Agriculture held a news conference Wednesday morning to announce charges had been dropped against Charles and Heather Maude, a South Dakota rancher family who were prosecuted over 25 acres of federal land, according to the USDA.
