First measles death reported in West Texas

In West Texas, a person who was hospitalized with measles has died. This is the first death in the outbreak that began last month. Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center spokesperson Melissa Whitfield confirmed the death Wednesday. The age of the patient was not clear.
