Kristi Noem sworn in as DHS Secretary

Kristi Noem was sworn in Saturday as the U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security. She shared a clip on social of the ceremony, which was held at the home of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. Noem was confirmed earlier Saturday.
