Palm Springs hits 124 degrees, breaking all-time record

Nearly 108 million Americans will spend the weekend under excessive heat advisories with record-breaking temperatures in many places through the nation. Palm Springs hit 124 degrees Friday afternoon, breaking their all-time record of 123 degrees.
