Biden's first comments about debate performance

Joe Biden's debate performance had a lot of people talking -- including him. At a rally in North Carolina, he seemingly acknowledged he doesn't "debate as well as [he] used to" but he energetically slammed Donald Trump, to the cheers of his supporters.
