Georgia is a 30-30 state: Candidates must appeal to these core group of voters

"Georgia is referred to as a 30-30 state," Charles Bullock, a distinguished professor of public and international affairs at the University of Georgia, told FOX TV Stations. "Democrats need for African Americans to cast a bout 30% of all ballots, again, that's been roughly where the Black vote has been since 2008. Then the other element is you need to get at least 30% of White vote, and that is doable."
