Wildfires destroy buildings in New Mexico

Kennedy Hayes joins Josh Breslow to discuss the destruction in New Mexico caused by wildfires. 500 homes have burned causing the evacuation of about 8,000 residents from the mountain resort community of Ruidoso. “The fire has lost momentum,” Arthur Gonzales, the fire behavior analyst for the federal attack team, told residents. “We still have a lot of work to do, but it’s really changed that fire behavior.”
