BREAKING: Multiple shot at Detroit-area splashpad

Preliminary information from Rochester Hills, Michigan shows at least six people have been shot, some believed to be children. Early reports say the shooting happened at the Brooklands Splashpad, shortly after 5 p.m., local time. The shooter is still at large as of 6 p.m., CDT. Police are expected to give an update before evening's end.
