Russia offers truce, Ukraine rejects terms

Russian President Vladimir Putin promised Friday to “immediately” order a cease-fire in Ukraine, as well as start negotiations, but only under certain terms. Putin first asked that Kyiv begin withdrawing troops from the four regions annexed by Moscow in 2022, and renounce plans to join NATO. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy quickly rejected the deal, calling it an ultimatum. Kate Davidson is a researcher with the Harvard Belfer Center, and joins LiveNOW from FOX.
