Hunter Biden on trial for federal gun charges

The first trial against Hunter Biden begins on Monday. Prosecutors say Biden illegally purchased a firearm, because he falsely swore on a federal form that he was not a drug user. He pleaded not guilty to three charges, and has been open about his struggles with alcohol and cocaine addiction. This is the first time in American history that the child of the sitting president is going on trial. Biden is expected to stand trial for tax-related crimes later this year. Attorney Dwane Cates joins LiveNOW from FOX.
