Uvalde families announce settlement, new lawsuit

The families whose loved ones were killed or injured in the shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas announced a $2 million settlement with the city. Lawyers for the families said they also plan to sue nearly 100 state police officers, the State of Texas and the federal government.
