Breaking: Iranian president confirmed dead

Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, the country's foreign minister and several other officials were found dead on Monday, hours after their helicopter crashed in a foggy, mountainous region of the country's northwest, state media reported. The crash comes as tensions in the Middle East continue to flare up between Israel and Hamas and their allies. Mohammad Mokhber becomes the acting president in Raisi's place. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
