Arizona repeals Civil War-era 1864 abortion ban

Democratic Governor Katie Hobbs signed a bill on Thursday to repeal the 1864 law. The repeal won't take effect until 90 days after the legislative session ends, which is expected sometime this summer. The Center Square writer, Cameron Arcand, joins LiveNOW from FOX.
