Japan's Kairos rocket explodes after liftoff

Japan's Space One's "Kairos" rocket exploded just seconds after its inaugural launch from Speceport Kii in western Japan. Space One is a private spaceflight company aiming to develop and operate the KAIROS orbital launch vehicle for small satellite launches.
