Hostage families attend Biden's State of the Union

Several families of Israeli-Americans held hostage by Hamas in Gaza were invited to attend President Biden's 'State of the Union' address. Ruby Chen, whose son Itay Chen is presumed kidnapped, was among those in attendance. He joined LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow to speak about the experience.
