Biden: 'if you harm an American, we will respond'

The U.S. has begun airstrikes in Syria and Iraq in response to the American soldiers killed in Jordan. President Biden issued a statement, saying, "let all those who might seek to do us harm know this: If you harm an American, we will respond."
