27 floors of vacant high-rise tagged with graffiti

An investigation is underway after multiple stories of an abandoned luxury high-rise in downtown Los Angeles were tagged by vandals. LiveNOW's Andrew Craft spoke about the graffiti covered skyscraper with FOX 11's Cristy Fajardo.
