NWS Albany breaks down next winter storm system

A nor'easter brought heavy snow to parts of the New England area and now another system is fast approaching. Brian Frugis, lead meteorologist at the National Weather Service in Albany joined LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow to talk about both systems.
