Nor' Easter prompts winter storm alerts

This weekend?s nor?easter will bring impactful weather across much of the eastern U.S. Winter Storm Watches have been issued from North Carolina to Maine. The DMV expected to see some major impacts. Our FOX 5 D.C.'s Bob Barnard talks weather conditions in his area.
