New year, old challenges facing US lawmakers

US lawmakers will face challenges following them into the new year as they are set to return to Capitol Hill on January 8, 2024. Funding for Israel and Ukraine, a budget deal, and crisis at the border are among some of the issues lawmakers will face in the new year. FOX's Doug Luzader reports from Washington.
