Suspect arrested following semi-truck standoff

A suspect was arrested following an hours-long standoff on I-10 near Houston, Texas. Numerous pieces of equipment were used to bring the suspect into custody. LiveNOW's Austin Westfall spoke about the standoff with FOX 26's Abigail Dye.
