Terrorist attack attempt made near Niagara Falls

The FBI is investigating a vehicle explosion at Rainbow Bridge border crossing after an attempted terrorist attack. Fox News is told explosives were in the car at the time along with two people who are now dead. A border official is reporter to be injured.
