Atlanta cracking down on 'super speeders'

An Atlanta city council member is proposing stiffer penalties after her colleague was seriously injured after being hit by another driver. The driver who was allegedly speeding was only slapped with a ticket. The council member is calling for more, Brooke Zauner has the latest.
