Examining red flags in Maine mass shootings

Police in Lewiston, Maine are asking for help from the public in locating a person of interest in a mass shooting that took place in several locations on Wednesday night. Lewiston police say Robert Card is 40 years old, and he should be considered armed and dangerous. At least 16 people were killed during the rampage.
